Dr. Nancy is an Experienced drug discovery and development leader with a record of success in identifying and advancing innovative small molecule drugs and biotherapeutics from discovery through exploratory clinical development. I build and lead collaborative scientific teams to discover and develop innovative new medicines based on mechanistic understanding of target biology and mechanism of action to benefit patients with unmet treatment needs. My scientific passion and expertise lie in translational sciences, with deep experience in oncology and rare diseases.
