Lisandra Maisonet RDH, BS, PHDHP, EFDA, CDA

Lisa Maisonet, RDH, PHDHP, EFDA, CDA is a multitalented, busy dental hygiene professional. She is the current director of operations, Human Resource director, and Clinical Educator, for her current employer. She works with 22 practices to implement systems that are geared towards prevention. She provides her team with training opportunities that allow them to implement new products and technologies in enhancing patient care. Although she is busy in her role, she makes it a point to jump into patient care in order to satisfy her desire to make a difference in patient's lives. 

She has been an active member and is the past president of the Pennsylvania Dental Hygienists’ Association. She loves to help push the profession of dental hygiene forward. Her passion as a dynamic hygienist led to this unique project, to create an inspiring video The Dental Hygienist: The Best Kept Secret in Healthcare. Lisa started the project in October 2018 and was completed in early January 2020. This is a strong, poignant, and uplifting overview of dental hygienists, the work they do, and the impact they have, through Lisa’s creative and passionate lens.
