Lisa continues her passion for helping patients across the healthcare continuum improve health. She brings to CipherHealth 25+ years of Clinical Practice, Healthcare IT Strategy, & Healthcare Operations experience. CipherHealth's innovative technology and dedication to enhancing communication, care coordination, and outcomes for both providers and patients are now further enhanced with the addition of a clinical division providing support across their patient and hospital communities.

Lisa has served as Chief Nursing Officer/VP Operations/Clinical It Strategist to multiple Healthcare IT companies including Care Experience, Skylight Healthcare Systems &TeleTracking Technologies. Prior to her CNO roles, she spent 19 years as a nurse and hospital administrator at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network in Allentown, PA. She was responsible for patient placement, patient transfer from external facilities, revenue cycle, and numerous quality and patient satisfaction initiatives. Her ability to implement software programs enhanced by best practice workflows and cultural transformation has proven successful in driving positive patient outcomes, improving patient safety, and increasing revenue.
