Biography :

Larry Norton, MD, a breast oncologist, is renowned as a leader in the development of drug treatments for breast cancer. His work has established the value of using sequential combinations of drugs -- a strategy designed to overcome different drug sensitivities among the cells in a tumor.

At Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), Norton is deputy physician-in-chief for breast cancer programs and the medical director of MSK-64th Street, comprised of the Evelyn H. Lauder Breast Center and the Iris Cantor Diagnostic Center.
