Krista Kipper is the Program Manager for HealthPartners Clinical Simulation. She is a Registered Nurse with over ten years of critical care experience in a variety of settings including cardiac, medical-surgical and neurovascular intensive care, as well as working as a hospital-wide clinical and educational resource. She is a certified instructor in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and associate instructor for the Society of Critical Care Medicine’s Pediatric Fundamentals of Critical Care course.

Ms Kipper has used her clinical expertise and education to design, develop curriculum, and facilitate learner-centered simulation-based programs for healthcare professionals including critical care and progressive care orientation, mock codes, pediatric emergency management, and Recognizing and Responding to the Deteriorating Patient. She is recognized nationally for her simulation expertise as faculty for simulation facilitator workshops, presenter at conferences, invited speaker, and Nursing Section Chair for the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH). Ms Kipper has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Metropolitan State University and a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus on nurse education from the University of North Dakota. She is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator through SSH.
