Klaus Gregorius co-founded MipSalus and serves as Chief Scientific Officer. Klaus brings strong innovation and scientific skills to MipSalus. Prior to co-founding MipSalus, Klaus was Manager, Biochemistry Development at Danish biotech company PreciSense where he headed a research department focussing on receptor-ligand interactions, supporting the company’s development of biosensors for blood glucose monitoring for diabetics. 1994-2003, Klaus was Research Scientist and Project Manager at the biotech company Pharmexa developing processes and analyses for therapeutic vaccine candidates (cancer and inflammatory diseases). Klaus has published 10 peer-reviewed articles and is the named inventor of 17 patent applications. His background also includes a position as a visiting Research Fellow at Linnaeus University, Kalmar.
Klaus was born in 1961 and holds an MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Copenhagen and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Royal Danish Veterinary and Agricultural University (today: Faculty of Science under the University of Copenhagen).
