Julian Mercer is a Professor of Infectious Disease at the SEFARI - Scottish Environment, Food, and Agriculture Research Institutes, His research interest My research interests currently focus on strategies for supporting behavior change at the level of the individual consumer that result in beneficial reductions in caloric intake, and a shift towards healthier food choices.
