Jessica A. Axmacher MD

Dr. Jessica Axmacher joined Consulting Radiologists, Ltd. (CRL) in October 2013 with a specialization in Breast Imaging. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in Minneapolis and a medical degree from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. She completed her Transitional Internship at Hennepin County Medical Center and Diagnostic Radiology residency from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. Following her residency, she completed her fellowship in Mammography, Women’s Imaging at Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education, Rochester, MN.

Dr. Axmacher’s favorite aspect of her job is being a part of the ever-changing field of medicine. Radiology, and specifically breast imaging, perfectly blend the challenge of critical thinking and decision-making with the reward of direct patient care. When not working, she likes to spend her free time enjoying the great state of Minnesota, biking, hiking and barbecuing with her family.
