Jennifer A. Welper CEC

Jen Welper is a certified executive chef with a degree in both culinary arts and nutrition. Working as a wellness executive chef at the Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program, she creates practical healthy meals that everyone can relate to and teaches patients and guests how to efficiently meal plan and prep for everyday healthy living. Prior to Mayo Clinic, she assisted individuals in weight-management goals by sharing her culinary expertise at Hilton Head Health. She was recently received the honor of Distinguished Chef of the Year by Johnson & Wales University.
