Ingrid Lindberg

Ingrid Lindberg, chief customer experience officer at Prime Therapeutics (Prime), a leading pharmacy benefit manager, has been named the winner of a 40 Under 40 Direct Marketing News Award. This prestigious award recognizes the brightest young marketers for their impact within their companies and the marketing industry.

Lindberg has championed the delivery of superior customer experience by working to advance the consumerism of health care. She was the industry's first customer experience officer and now fills that role at Prime where she has already spearheaded efforts to eliminate words that are confusing to customers and has helped make Prime's response rate to customers three times faster. She also oversaw making call centers available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and she has led work to improve the function of member websites.
