Dr. Gregory Comadira, Ph.D., MBBS, FCICM, FACEM graduated from medical school in 1982 and has worked as a rural GP, specialist in emergency Medicine, and Intensive care medicine. He holds dual fellowships in Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine. Greg works as a senior specialist in Intensive care at the gold coast university hospital. He chairs the GCUH end of life committee and is the deputy chair of the GCUH research ethics committee. Greg is the Chair of the Queensland Statewide trauma network. He has a keen interest in issues surrounding the medico-legal and ethical tensions that exist in the real clinical world. He has presented nationally and internationally in relation to this area as pertains to organ donation. In his spare time, Greg plays golf and he is also interested in permaculture and self-sufficiency.
