Garvan C. Kane MBBCh, BAO, MD, PhD

Garvan C. Kane, M.D., Ph.D., is a consultant cardiologist who specializes in echocardiography and the management of patients with pulmonary hypertension and pericardial disease. In addition to his clinical activities, Dr. Kane is active in medical education and provides mentorship to students, residents and fellows. He co-directs the Mayo Clinic echocardiography board review course and teaches at Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and at many continuing medical education meetings both nationally and internationally.
