Gail Gazelle, MD, FACP, FAAHPM, is a part-time Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, a practicing physician, and a certified professional coach for physicians and physician leaders. She coaches on such issues as aligning personal values with organizational mission, burnout, emotional intelligence, strategic planning, managing up and down, emerging leadership skills, authentic leadership, and conflict management. In an effort to maximize tools for physician wellness, she incorporates positive psychology and mindfulness techniques in addition to traditional coaching methods.
