Fatemeh Heydari BSc, MSc, PhD

Fatemeh Heydari completed her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Food Science and investigated theoretically and practically on Food Products. During her B.Sc., she became more familiar with several aspects of food processing technology and she was engaged in more industrial applicable projects. she took an active part of a laboratory team so she became more inclined to this major and this motivation led her to take part at the national entrance exam for master degree. She studied the quality characteristics of the camel burger and evaluated its stability during frozen storage as her MSc thesis project.
