Erin Vanmeter PharmD, BCACP

Erin VanMeter, PharmD BCACP: Dr. Erin VanMeter is the coordinator of the Post-Graduate Year Two Ambulatory Care Residency Program. She is a graduate of Shenandoah University and completed her pharmacy practice and ambulatory care residencies at the Martinsburg Veterans Affairs Hospital and the Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care System. She is an Assistant professor with the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and practices ambulatory care pharmacy at multiple Johns Hopkins Community Physician practice sites in the Greater Washington region.
