Enrica Arnaudo, M.D. Ph.D. received her M.D. with honors and Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Turin, Italy. During her residency in Neurology at the University of Turin, she was awarded a research fellowship from the Italian Muscular Dystrophy Association to conduct research in neuromuscular diseases at the H. Houston Merritt Center of Columbia University in New York. She trained in molecular genetics and published research in the field of mitochondrial diseases and myopathies.

Dr. Arnaudo completed a neurology residency in the United States at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York. She was chief resident of Neurology and received a research award from the National Institutes of Health, and the Residents' Program Travel Award from the American Neurological Association. She was EMG and Clinical Neurophysiology Fellow at the Neurological Institute of Columbia University in New York.

She was director of the neuromuscular and EMG division in the Department of Neurology at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia from 1997 to 2006. Throughout her career, Dr. Arnaudo has been involved in the education and training of students, residents, and fellows. At Thomas Jefferson University, she received the Dean´s Citation for significant contributions to the Advancement of Education. She received a research grant from the Muscular Dystrophy Association for her studies of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. She was in solo practice at Neuromuscular Medicine of Delaware until 2018 and was Medical Director of the Christiana Care EMG laboratory. She has been consistently rated Top Doctor in Delaware Today Journal.

Dr. Arnaudo is the Delaware State Liaison at the American Academy of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM). This program is dedicated to promoting quality electrodiagnostic medicine throughout the country and protecting patients with neuromuscular diseases. Dr. Arnaudo also serves as AANEM alternate delegate at the AMA House of Delegates, dealing with health policy, legislative, and scope of practice issues for the betterment of public health. She received the AANEM´s Advocacy Award in 2016 for her contributions to increasing public awareness and advocating for government entities regarding the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular diseases.
