Emily Goudreault a Colorado native that moved to the Michigan area in 2016. Emily has been a speech-language pathologist since 2012 when Emily graduated Summa Cum Laude with Emily Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Northern Colorado.

Emily has a diverse professional background that stems from working in rural Colorado. Emily spent years as a school therapist in the PreK-12 setting, as well as early intervention (birth-3 years) and in the hospital setting with both children and adults. Emily has also owned her own private practices in both Colorado and Michigan, and Emily is currently the owner of a private speech therapy practice in West Michigan called High 5 Communication Resources, as well as The Village, a child enrichment hub offering classes to children under the age of 5 years.

Emily's pediatric specialties include early intervention (birth-3 years), apraxia, articulation (saying sounds correctly), phonological processes (sound system), cleft lip/palate, feeding, deaf/hard of hearing, expressive/receptive language, and auditory processing, among others. Emily's adult specialties include cognitive/memory impairments, traumatic brain injury, aphasia, voice disorders, and apraxia.
