Elsie Chan BSc, MPH, MBBS

Elsie is a graduate of the Melbourne training program in Ophthalmology. She attained her medical degree in Sydney. Elsie has had subspecialty training in Cornea and external disease and is expert in new corneal surgical techniques such as crosslinking, endothelial grafting and corneal transplants. She is active in Ophthalmology teaching and was awarded the Aubrey Bowen medal for teaching at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in 2016. She has been active in overseas missions and worked and operated in Ethiopia. She remains very active at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in teaching, research and managing patients.
