Elena Liang PhD

Elena Liang is a doctoral candidate in Biomedical Engineering. She works in Dr. Albert Yee's laboratory in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science. Elena seeks to control cell adhesion on polymer surfaces using different nanopatterns. She aims to translate her work towards designing a nanostructured artificial cornea to restore vision to patients that cannot receive a corneal transplant.
