Dr. Miller earned his D.M.D. at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He completed two years of General Practice Residency at Beth Israel Medical Center (BIMC) and Kings County Hospital. He then completed an Internship and Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Miller is an Attending in OMFS at St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospitals, BIMC and Metropolitan Hospital in Manhattan. He is an active Faculty Clinical Assistant Instructor at the New York University College of Dentistry and New York Medical College Department of Dental Medicine. Dr. Miller is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has been practicing full-scope OMFS since 1999.

Dr. Miller is active in organized dentistry. He is currently on the Board of the New York County Dental Society and is a Chairman of the Organization Committee of the Greater New York Dental Meeting. He also regularly lectures on the topic of Medical Emergencies in the Dental Office at the Henry Spenadel Continuing Education Program. Dr. Miller volunteers his services for The Donated Dental Services Program and the Jazz Foundation. He has special interests in corrective jaw surgery, temporomandibular joint surgery, cosmetic facial surgery and dental implant reconstruction.
