Dominique Livkamal

Dominique is the founder here at Medicineroom which she set up in 1999. She is Folk medicine Programmer for The Woodford Folk Festival and also founder of High vibes on the mountain - a two-day health & wellness event. She is a qualified Public health advocate, naturopath, nutritionist, herbalist and journalist. Dominique is really hands-on with her work and practices naturopathy, nutritional medicine, herbalism, bodywork, yoga, acupuncture, education workshops, academic sessions. She presents at conferences and festivals sharing her accumulated wisdom and knowledge of wellness advocacy.

She was awarded The Australian Herbalist of the year in 2012 by the Naturopathic Herbalist Association of Australia & in 2015, she was made a Fellow of the Naturopathic Herbalist Association of Australia. Dominique has written for leading Wellness magazines and media. She is the author of two best-selling books and is currently working on her third book. She loves cooking for her family and friends and enjoys learning to surf. Dom loves yoga and travel. She is mum to three grown sons and spends her leisure time exploring interesting places and enjoying good company.

Dominique Livkamal is based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. She is available for naturopathic and wellness advocacy consultations via Skype globally, face to face Clinics in Caloundra and also available for her free community clinic at Eumundi Markets weekly which has been running since 2004.
