Dnyaneshwar Shelke PGDEMS, MSc

Dr. Dnyaneshwar Shelke is Chief Operating Officer at BVG India Ltd. for the Maharashtra Emergency Medical Services (MEMS). Before coming to MEMS in year 2012, he was Head of Operations of the EMS for Goa state for GVK EMRI. He has also contributed as Program Director- Post Graduate Program in Emergency Care (Stanford University, USA- EMRI initiative) at Hyderabad, India. Prior to year 2004, he has worked with Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Hardikar Trauma Hospital, Pune as Emergency Medical Service Officer in emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit.

Dr. Shelke is Adjunct Faculty at Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences, Symbiosis International University and Visiting faculty at IIHMR, Bangalore. He holds a Master’s Degree in health Services Management from London South Bank University, London, UK. He also holds a Certificate of Global Business Leadership certification, from Harward Publishing, SSL and U 21 Global University, Singapore. He has attended an International Visiting Scholar program in Emergency Medicine at Stanford School of Medicine, Stanford University, USA. His volunteer contribution includes, as the Regional Faculty for Asia Pacific Region on behalf of American Heart Association, the USA since the year 2007 and as a member of the Global Development Committee for International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) Organisation, the USA from 2010 onwards
