Dale C. Moquist MD

Dr. Moquist has been actively involved in organized medicine for many years. He presently serves as President of the Texas Academy of Family Physicians Foundation. He also serves as a Chapter representative on the Board of Trustees for the American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation and served as Chair of the TAFP Commission on Continuing Professional Development for three years and continues to be involved in professional development with the TAFP.
