Crystal Ki is an Engagement Manager at the Chartis Group based in Chicago, IL. Ms. Ki is part of Chartis' Performance Operations practice with a focus on Consumer Access and Digital Transformation and has healthcare experience across several important analytic, planning, and performance initiatives. She has advised clients in the areas of patient throughput, patient and referring provider access and operations, clinical variation reduction, EMR optimization, workforce management, corporate services, and data analytics. Ms. Ki has assisted large and mid-sized health systems ($1B-$10B net patient revenue) across the U.S. to improve the value of their health services by managing rising costs, improving and hardwiring efficiencies in clinical and operational workflows, and driving patient throughput to increase patient care quality.
