Cam A. Hamilton PhD, RN, CNE

Dr. Hamilton has been a registered nurse for 29 years. She specialized in cardiology and critical care for seventeen years before returning to school to obtain her Master's in Nursing Education. Dr. Hamilton began teaching nursing five years ago and immediately became an advocate for simulation teaching. She recently completed her doctorate in Educational Psychology to improve her teaching expertise. She has integrated simulation into both junior and senior nursing courses for adult health, critical care, and community clinical experiences with an emphasis on BLS, ACLS, end-of-life, communication, and safety issues.
