Branca Maria Cardoso Monteiro Da Silva PhD

Branca M. Silva has completed her Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Nutrition and Food Chemistry branch) from the Faculty of Pharmacy – University of Porto (Porto, Portugal) in 2005. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences – University of Beira Interior (Covilha, Portugal). She is (co)author of about 100 scientific papers and book chapters, has more than 3650 citations and an h-index of 33. Her research interests are oriented to the Medicinal Phytochemistry, Food Chemistry and Nutrition areas. Currently, she is an Academic Editor of the Journal of Chemistry (Hindawi Publishing Corporation).
