Dr Anwaar Ahmed is Working as Professor of Food Technology. During his Ph D research, he found that fortification of whole wheat flours with calcium, iron and zinc fortificants is feasible approach to overcome the prevailing micro nutrient deficiencies in vulnerable groups. Currently, he has been involved in addressing nutrition and food security issues, devastating malnutrition, food safety concerns in Pakistan.
