The Jordanian Ophthalmological Society (JOS)

JOS was established in 1976 in Amman. It's mission is to advance the profession of ophthalmology and to improve the skills of ophthalmologists in Jordan through providing clinical eduacation. Working with patients, government, NGO's and the medical community is another way of achieving that mission.

All ophthalmic subspecialties are now available in Jordan and have their own sub-groups within the JOS.
