The Illinois Heart and Lung Foundation exists to serve our diverse population by improving heart and lung health outcomes through timely and relevant education of our community and healthcare providers..The physicians of Illinois Heart and Lung Associates established Illinois Heart and Lung Foundation in 2000 to improve the health of the community and to provide educational programs on heart and lung health.
