Community Health Partnership (CHP)

Community Health Partnership (CHP) is a community collaboration of local health providers with the enduring Mission to improve the health and wellbeing of the Pikes Peak community through collaboration.

CHP members know each other well, are open to new ways of working together, and are not afraid to take chances. Our coalition is built on a foundation of trust and respect, aligned with mutual values and goals.

Now is an exciting time in health care, and community health coalitions like CHP are not common. CHP provides a model for other communities throughout the country dedicated to keeping health care local.
