MEDCON21

MEDCON21 was developed at a time of unprecedented travel restrictions, with the aim of doctors being able to experience a world-class medical conference without leaving the State.

This will be a unique inter-college medical conference developed by doctors for doctors. The conference will allow doctors from all specialties to collaborate, gain new skills and knowledge gain CPD points and interact with peers, exploring critical healthcare issues such as COVID-19 and voluntary assisted dying in a unique omni-specialist environment.  It will also provide doctors and future doctors the opportunity to explore further training and career development opportunities.

MEDCON21 will offer a range of clinical and non-clinical workshops and presentations. There will be sessions on Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD), digital health, mental health and wellness, and climate change and sustainability. There will also be presentations from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Medicare, and the Professional Services Review (PSR).

As the peak industry event in Western Australia for this year, MEDCON21 will be a conference not to miss.
