Conference Description :
The ethical need to adequately treat pain must be balanced with a responsibility to minimize misuse and abuse of the medications used to treat that pain. • Differentiate between addiction, pseudoaddiction, and drug dependency.
• Identify four cues exhibited by drug-seeking patients.
