Management of Periapical Pathosis is organized by Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and will be held from Mar 02, 2017 - Mar 02, 2020. This Conference has been approved for a maximum of 1.5 Credit Hours.
The purpose of this presentation is to limit the scope of treatment of the endodontically involved pulp and extended periapical lesion with a non-surgical approach. More than 90 percent of all endodontic problems can be treated by this one therapy. For predictable and reproducible success in endodontic therapy, a careful and complete diagnosis must be made on each and every suspected tooth. Learn to avoid mistakes in pathological lesions that might be mistaken for an endodontic lesion: median maxillary cyst, globulomaxillary cyst, hemorrhagic traumatic bone cyst, lateral periodontal cyst, neoplasm or cementoma. Also, learn to avoid mistakes between normal anatomic landmarks and endodontic lesions.
