Overview:
This webinar will provide information to psychologists, mental health staff, and speech/language pathologists who work with students with craniofacial diagnoses on identifying patients at risk for learning disabilities. Information on research related to learning disabilities in children with craniofacial diagnoses, common risk factors to guide referrals, core components of neuropsychological evaluations, and common interventions will be discussed.

Seminar Objectives:
• The learner will understand the literature on learning disorders among students with craniofacial diagnoses.
• The learner will understand different learning disabilities that are commonly diagnosed.
• The learner will be able to explain how to identify students at risk.
• The learner will be able to explain the core domains assessed in neuropsychological testing.
• The learner will understand appropriate interventions for students with learning disabilities.
