Cancer Survivorship E-learning Series for Primary Care Providers is organized by The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Continuing education credits (CEs) are available at no cost to physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and Certified Health Education Specialists. Each module corresponds to 1 credit hour. In order to receive CEs, participants MUST complete at least one module (for 1 credit hour), including all module activities. Participants will be provided instructions to claim credit and print certificates upon module completion.
Primary care providers play a critical role in providing follow-up care for cancer survivors, including dealing with many of the physical, psychological, practical, informational and spiritual challenges after the completion of cancer treatment.
This program is intended for primary care providers such as general medicine physicians, geriatricians, gynecologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses or others who provide follow-up care to cancer survivors.
