Also, we'll take a dive into understanding about Glycemic index. We'll talk about the pros and cons of following a glycemic index meal plan closely and how to incorporate the glycemic index into practice and daily use.

• Understand how to communicate carb counting to clients in a way that empowers them to make decisions.
• Review the Glycemic Index.
• Understand how to apply GI to daily practice.
