Sexual harassment creates a hostile working environment regardless of where it occurs. Employers and employees alike have the responsibility to maintain a safe workplace. This course provides guidelines and strategies for preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.
At the conclusion of this continuing education activity, the participant will be able to:
• Define sexual harassment.
• Identify guidelines and strategies that organizations can adopt to prevent any form of harassment in the workplace.
• Recall what actions to take if one is a witness or a victim of sexual harassment.
