Activity Objectives:

Palliative Procedures for the Interventional Oncologist: Self-Assessment Module is organized by American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS) and will be held during Sep 23, 2013 - Sep 22, 2019.

The target audience for this medical event is readers of the AJR, radiologists, radiologists-in-training, and other health professionals with an interest in interventional procedures for palliation of pain in oncology patients. Conference Objectives are :
• Describe the application of thermal ablation and transcatheter interventional procedures in the palliation of intractable pain in cancer patients.
• Discuss the potential complications and benefits of palliative interventional procedures in cancer patients.
