The fundamental principles of transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), understand the goals of imaging and essential imaging concepts in the context of TAVI, recognize the stepwise approach to evaluating the MDCT datasets in patients referred for TAVI, and recognize the utility of MDCT in the planning and performance of TAVI and in predicting prognosis of patients undergoing TAVI.
