Activity Objectives:

Mammography of Lesions Presenting as Calcifications (SAM) is organized by American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS) and will be held during Oct 22, 2013 - Oct 21, 2019.

The target audience for this medical event is readers of the AJR, radiologists, radiologists-in-training, and other health professionals with an interest in breast imaging. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s).

Conference Objectives are :
• Apply knowledge regarding the epidemiology, initiation, transformation, and progression of high-risk breast lesions to management plans after reviewing breast biopsy results to improve patient outcomes.
• Discuss the benefits and potential disadvantages of detecting high-risk breast lesions to better advise and educate patients.
• Explain why the use of the digital technique may result in the detection of more high-risk breast lesions in practice.
