Program Overview:
Primary care clinicians are most often the entryway to patients for their healthcare. During this three-day live stream of PCN Destinations: Niagara Falls, we will examine various conditions often seen in everyday practice with the goal of learning new strategies for diagnosing and treating patients. This program will provide opportunities for interaction with the faculty, get answers to your burning questions, and learn ‘best practices’ tools and techniques to help you better treat your patients.

• Recognize ‘best practices’ in primary care in regard to disease management

Physicians:
Primary Care Network designates this live activity for a maximum of 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
ABIM MOC:
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 12.0 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
Physician Associates/Physician Assistants
PAs may claim a maximum of 12 Category 1 credits for completing this activity. NCCPA accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
If you wish to cancel your registration at least 30 days or more prior to the conference date (on or before Tuesday, July 12, 2022), you will receive a full refund of the tuition you paid, less a $50 administrative fee.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received within 30 days of the conference date. However, if you do cancel after July 12, 2022, your tuition paid can be applied towards a future PCN destination conference.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment. Please allow two weeks for processing. If you have questions regarding your cancellation or refund, please call 417-877-6668 for assistance.
Registered attendees who do not show up for the conference will forfeit the value of their tuition.
Travel and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the registrant.
Please refer to your specific airline and hotel cancellation policies.
PCN has the right to change and/or cancel a program, content, or speakers for any reason.
In the very unlikely event the conference is canceled by PCN, you will receive a full refund of the tuition paid. PCN is not responsible for any travel or hotel costs incurred.
