  1. It's free to create an event on eMedEvents and just takes few minutes to create one.
  2. To begin you either have to create a free eMedEvents account or log into your existing eMedEvents account.
  3. Now click on the 'Add Conference' button and fill in the required information related to the event. We provide one of the easiest and simplest procedure of adding an event.

  4. Further, click on the 'Registration Information' and enter the details related to the tickets to be sold by selecting the ticket type as 'Paid' and providing the ticket description, start & end date for sale, pricing and discount options if you would like to offer any.
  5. After entering the details, it is now time to publish your event and let attendees register or buy tickets online. We proivde you the option to edit your event page, even after you have published the event.
  6. eMedEvents gets paid after the tickets for the events are sold.
  1. It's free to register with eMedEvents and get an eMedEvent account.
  2. Click on the Sign In button on the top right hand corner and then click on Register.
  3. You now have to provide your name, email ID and password which are protected safely by our information security team.
  4. This would trigger an email to your email ID with your eMedEvents login credentials.
  5. With your free eMedEvents account you can now create events, add or edit conferences, add or edit medical speaker profiles, by just following few simple and easy steps.
  1. At eMedEvents, it's free for medical conference organizers to promote your event as long as you are not charging for the tickets. There are no monthly charges, enrollment costs, or setup fees. For every ticket you sell using eMedEvents, we charge 3% of the ticket value in U.S. dollars.
  2. If you use eMedEvents as your credit card processor, the eMedEvents payment processing fee is just 3% of the ticket cost. If you use PayPal or to collect payment, the eMedEvents fee is the same and you pay their processing fees.
  3. The medical conference organizer has the choice whether to absorb the fees, pass them on to your attendees, or split the fees. All fees are returned if orders are refunded.
  4. Variable policy based on merchant.
  5. Whatever the option selected, the funds are sent out 5 days after the day your event ends by direct deposit or mail. Just remember to enter your payout details to makes sure you receive your funds after your event ends.

  • The PCI Security Standards Council offers robust and comprehensive standards and supporting materials to enhance payment card data security.

eMedEvents maintains a comprehensive privacy program. To us, this means that although we are required by law or regulation to do certain things, we are continually evaluating whether we can and should do more.

Web and Mobile Application Development
eMedEvents is committed to designing, building, and maintaining secure systems.
  • All applications are regularly scanned for common security vulnerabilities including the OWASP Top Ten.

  • Regular training on Secure Coding Practices is provided. All engineers must attend training sessions.

  • No credit card information is permitted to be stored on any mobile device.

  • Use of encryption for both storage and transmission of sensitive information is regularly audited by the eMedEvents Security Team.

  • All web and mobile applications are primarily developed, tested, deployed and maintained by a full-time and in-house engineering team.

eMedEvents uses strong encryption methods and key management procedures to ensure your sensitive information is protected.
  • All credit card information is encrypted with strong industry-standard cryptographic protocols such as AES and SSL while in transit through our systems.

  • eMedEvents website is accessible via a 256-bit SSL certificate issued by Digicert.

  • Credit card information is never stored after transaction authorization.

Our Organization
eMedEvents has taken appropriate measures to vet our employees.
  • All employees are subject to reference, education and other personnel checks. Certain employees are also subjected to detailed background checks as well.

  • eMedEvents maintains an information security training program that meets PCI-DSS standards and complies with the Massachusetts Privacy Law (201 CMR 17).

  • Knowledgeable full-time security personnel are on staff.

  • Employees have to acknowledge of their roles and responsibilities with respect to protecting user data and privacy.

Incident Response
While we don't anticipate there ever being a breach of our systems, we know that no computer system is perfectly secure.
  • In the event of a breach of an eMedEvents information system, we have a detailed Incident Response plan in place.

  • We have periodic testing of the Response plan.

  • eMedEvents have 24x7 monitoring of its security systems and alerts.

Research and Disclosure
If you discover a vulnerability with eMedEvents information systems, report it to us first!
  • Zero tolerance to anyone attempting to harm eMedEvents, it's users or customer's data.
