- It's free to create an event on eMedEvents and just takes few minutes to create one.
- To begin you either have to create a free eMedEvents account or log into your existing eMedEvents account.
- Now click on the 'Add Conference' button and fill in the required information
related to the event. We provide one of the easiest and simplest procedure of adding an event.
- Further, click on the 'Registration Information' and enter the details related to the tickets to be sold by selecting the ticket type as 'Paid' and providing the ticket description, start & end date for sale, pricing and discount options if you would like to offer any.
- After entering the details, it is now time to publish your event and let attendees register or buy tickets online. We proivde you the option to edit your event page, even after you have published the event.
- eMedEvents gets paid after the tickets for the events are sold.
- It's free to register with eMedEvents and get an eMedEvent account.
- Click on the Sign In button on the top right hand corner and then click on Register.
- You now have to provide your name, email ID and password which are protected safely by our information security team.
- This would trigger an email to your email ID with your eMedEvents login credentials.
- With your free eMedEvents account you can now create events, add or edit conferences, add or edit medical speaker profiles, by just following few simple and easy steps.
- At eMedEvents, it's free for medical conference organizers to promote your event as long as you are not charging for the tickets. There are no monthly charges, enrollment costs, or setup fees. For every ticket you sell using eMedEvents, we charge 3% of the ticket value in U.S. dollars.
- If you use eMedEvents as your credit card processor, the eMedEvents payment processing fee is just 3% of the ticket cost. If you use PayPal or Authorize.net to collect payment, the eMedEvents fee is the same and you pay their processing fees.
- The medical conference organizer has the choice whether to absorb the fees, pass them on to your attendees, or split the fees. All fees are returned if orders are refunded.

- Whatever the option selected, the funds are sent out 5 days after the day your event ends by direct deposit or mail. Just remember to enter your payout details to makes sure you receive your funds after your event ends.

All applications are regularly scanned for common security vulnerabilities including the OWASP Top Ten.
