Learn Serve Lead 2022: The Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Annual Meeting

The Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) will organize the Learn Serve Lead 2022: The Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Annual Meeting at Nashville, Tennessee, United States of America. This event will be held from November 11^th to 15^th, 2022.

Course Description:
Learn Serve Lead: The AAMC Annual Meeting is attended by medical school deans, teaching hospital CEOs, and medical school and teaching hospital faculty, researchers, administrators, residents, and students. The 70-plus education sessions range from those that explore macro challenges, and societal issues that touch academic medicine and solutions to those featuring innovation in medical education and research. The meeting attracts more than 4600 attendees and is scheduled over a five-day period.

• Identify current and future issues in health care and their impact across all of the missions in academic medicine.

Needs Assessment/Practice Gaps:
The 110+ CME sessions at Learn Serve Lead cover a wide breadth of topics, including science advances and funding, health care workforce, health equity, racial injustice, educational scholarship, leadership, competencies across the continuum of medical education, faculty practice and health system change, as well as thought leader sessions tackling issues and challenges within medicine and extending to society at large.
