Japan Digestive Disease Week (JDDW) 2022 Annual Conference is organized by Japan Convention Services (JCS), Inc. and will be held from Oct 27 - 30, 2022 at Fukuoka International Congress Center, Fukuoka, Fukuoka, Japan.

We intend to host JDDW 2022 as a hybrid event because the COVID-19 pandemic's future trajectory is still undetermined. Both in-person and online attendance options are available to participants.

In the meantime, we've analyzed our options to host JDDW in the years post-pandemic in the future. We've decided to follow the fundamental policy of hosting JDDW as a hybrid conference where presentations are scheduled to be held on-site. Online streaming is available.

This method promises numerous benefits. However, it will require the need for a significant increase in expenses compared to the conventional on-site-only format. After careful analysis, we have made the decision to tackle this issue by increasing fees for the JDDW 2022 registration cost to 20.000 JPY. We hope that you understand these conditions and assist us in adopting the hybrid method with your generosity in generous extra contribution. Be aware that if you are applying to JDDW 2022's Travel Grant or Travel Award Program of JDDW 2022, you will be asked to pay the fee for the registration of 20.000 JPY prior to the date of application. If you are chosen as the recipient of the award the fee will be reimbursed.
