Overview:
This multidisciplinary, three-day conference will focus on disorders of language development in children. It will address the epidemiology, public health implications, underlying neurobiology, specific entities, management strategies and outcomes for this large group of disorders.

Objectives:
• List the differential diagnosis of late talking.
• Describe the roles of anxiety, attention, and language in the evaluation of children referred for language disorder.
• Recognize the special cicumstances in the care of children with bilingualism, epilepsy or prematurity
• Discuss the indications and limitations of assistive technology for children with language development disorders,
