Summer Seminar in Healthcare Ethics and Surgical Ethics is organized by the University of Washington School of Medicine (UWSOM) Continuing Medical Education (CME). This Onsite medical conference will be held from Aug 03 - 07, 2020 at UW Health Sciences, Seattle, Washington, United States of America.
What is the significance of the Summer Seminar in Healthcare Ethics and Surgical Ethics medical conference?
This one-week annual seminar is an intensive, and interactive debut session to the four-box technique of investigating ethical complications in clinical ethics, produced by Jonsen, Siegler, and Winslade in their book Clinical Ethics. The CME conference also incorporates the Core Competencies in Health Care Ethics Consultation. The meetings are intended to familiarize participants with fundamental definitions and arguments in each of the significant topics of clinical ethics. The Seminar has brought a mix of participants that serves the actual participants in clinical care, making it attainable to experience diverse, but corresponding views. The Surgical Ethics Conference can be taken as an add-on to Summer Seminar, or on its own.
Additional details will be posted as soon as they are available.
