ECCI 2020 Meeting - European Congenital Cytomegalovirus Initiative is organized by MCA Scientific Events. The symposium is held from Apr 23 - 25, 2020 at Faculté de médecine de Paris Descartes, Paris, Ile-de-France, France.
Congenital cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection is the frequently occurring congenital viral infection across the world with a vital impact on public health within and outside Europe. Despite expanded research efforts, there significant gaps that still remain. ECCI is an extensive interface of experts working on congenital cytomegalovirus across Europe. The intention of the session is to enhance public awareness and develop congenital CMV on the European research agenda. The mission of the ECCI conference is to foster collaborative research, discuss available evidence, know research gaps that should be filled to promote evidence-based health policies and prioritize the improvement of much-needed prevention and intervention programs.
