This absolute, four-weekend certificate program is intended to render the required knowledge and clinical skills to consolidate dental implantation in your practice. Determine how to surgically place and reclaim posterior, anterior, and multiple implants, as well as how to restore the edentulous arch with dental implants. This practical training session will present protocols that are advantageous for newcomers as well as those who are ready to increase the predictability of their results and update their knowledge base.

Learn How To:
• Estimate the biologic basis of osseointegration
• Measure the anatomy of implant sites and surrounding structures
• Interpret treatment plans and case selection
• Employ diagnostic imaging correctly
• Combine computer-aided implant planning into your practice
• Examine computer-generated and conventional surgical guides
• Search for the extraction techniques to minimize surgical trauma
• Measure socket preservation and augmentation bone grafting
• Plan implant placement in the healed edentulous ridge
• Plan single-tooth and multiple-tooth replacement
• Review bone grafting techniques
• Revision of sinus augmentation rationale and techniques
• Review horizontal and a vertical ridge augmentation
• Gauge guided bone regeneration and soft tissue augmentation
• Employ CT and cone-beam scans for case planning
• Illustrate flap management and structuring techniques
• Analyze socket presentation and development, bone grafting
• Lead implant placement in a healed edentulous ridge
• Assess medical stability for implant procedures
• Manage complications intra and post-operatively
• Elite implants based on brand, size, and variances  
• Perform clinical procedures and techniques in restorations
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan
• Manage patients requiring dental implants
• Understand the fundamental communication concepts and case presentation with patients
• Understand diagnostic considerations and clinical parameters
• Manipulate implant components, materials, tools and equipment
• Perform a diagnostic wax up
• Recognize treatment options for the restoration of missing teeth and edentulous spaces
• Understand abutment selection and the design of custom abutments
• Differentiate impression techniques: close tray versus open tray
• Manufacture provisional crowns and bridges
• Make steps and techniques in provisional prosthesis for edentulous arch
• Understand biomechanical principles and occlusion in implant dentistry
• Alter between screw-retained, cement-retained and screw-mentable implant restorations
• Fabricate surgical guides and bone reduction surgical guides
• Combine clinical digital dentistry for restoring implant restorations
• Appreciate digital workflow of laboratory aspects
• Complete restoration delivery, cementation and torque techniques
• Maintain prosthetic complications
• Define maintenance, long-term care and follow-up protocols
