Course description:-
This course provides an introduction to the bronchoscopy skills used for Thoracic Medicine Registrars.

A range of basic skills are covered, including:-
• handling and posture
• position and insertion
• airway inspection
• transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA) techniques
• forcep techniques
• brushing techniques.

Prerequisites:
Must be enrolled as a Thoracic Medicine Registrar at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. Registration requires the account holder's primary email address to be a Queensland Health email address.
