This course is available to all graduate healthcare workers currently working or contemplating a career in anaesthetics.
This course aims to create a greater understanding of human factors and their impact on healthcare workers and patient safety within the speciality of anaesthesia.
Study the interrelationships between humans, the tools and equipment they use in the workplace and the situations in which they work.
Identify and challenge your concepts of cognitive bias. Learn why situational awareness is critical in crises and how it can significantly impact decision making in complex healthcare environments.
This course is available to all medical and nursing graduates. A current CV must be supplied at registration to attend the course.
